DHEC Tdap Clinic at RLOA

DHEC will be coming to our school on March 16th to administer the Tdap vaccine to students whose parents give consent for vaccination. A parent letter and teh parent consent form have been sent home with all of our students.

If you are interested in having your child vaccinated at school, please complete the parental consent form and return it to the school by this Friday, March 11th. Completed consent forms must be returned to the school no later than this Friday, March 11th.

If you did not receive a parent packet regarding the Tdap vaccination clinic at our school, you may visit the DHEC website at www.scdhec.gov/scimmunize and download and print the parent letter and consent form. Please be sure to read the Tdap Vaccine Information Statements also located ont he DHEC website.
